American HI launched lintrak XS RFID UHF tag for textiles

Security authentication and RFID tracking solution leader hid Global ® Launched a new product, lintrak XS. 

This is a subminiature RFID UHF transponder designed for small textiles. Hid lintrak's portfolio includes UHF RFID tags for identifying, tracking, and laundry and textile assets in the hotel management, healthcare, and commercial industries.

Hid global said at the press conference that the company has used its lintrak UHF RFID tag for yunbu management, including an ultra-small shape option, which is very suitable for attaching to small textile products and personal clothing, such as nursing homes and nursing facilities, residents' wear and dry cleaning applications.

The lintrak XS, which is designed for practical use, is only 30 x 10 mm in size, made of soft and thin polyester fiber and conforms to Oeko tex ® Standard 100 level 1, which can be invisibly and seamlessly pasted on small textile products and private clothes provided by medical and health care institutions and hotels. Thanks to the extremely small size design, lintrak XS can be sewn directly at the product edge, splice or fixed under the hot adhesive sheet. Lintrak XS adopts the latest generation integrated circuit (IC) Monza m730 of Impinj company. When several tags are densely stacked together, lintrak XS can still show excellent mechanical resistance and reading performance in high-density environment.

When lintrak XS is combined with hid Global's RFID hardware infrastructure and household fabric cloud management software, professionals engaged in laundry in nursing homes will be able to track and trace household fabrics and clothing. In this way, it can not only effectively prevent the loss of clothes, so as to give the elderly more sense of security, but also optimize the washing cycle, but also improve the efficiency of distributing clothes and counting inventory.

At present, hid lintrak series products released by hid global have five popular RFID UHF tags. These products are widely used in hotels, health care and other commercial industries to effectively identify, track and manage clothing and textile products during their service life.
